Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to live in your Baesick pieces. If something is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to return it.

What we can accept

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn, beyond trying it on for fit
• Free of stains, odours, marks, and signs of wear or washing
• Returned with all original tags still attached
• Returned in its original packaging, intact

We inspect every return on arrival. Items that come back worn, washed, altered, or without their tags cannot be accepted, and will be sent back to you at our cost.

How to start a return

Email hello@verybaesick.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your request and arrange a pickup where our courier serves your pincode. If it does not, we will share a return address and reimburse standard return postage once the item arrives.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it. We refund the full price of the item, including the GST paid on it.

Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered.

Exchanges

The simplest way to change size or colour is to return the piece for a refund and place a new order, so your size is not held up by transit. If your size is low in stock, email us and we will hold it for you while the return is in transit.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email hello@verybaesick.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all delivery charges, at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund — just email us. Once a parcel is on its way, treat it as a return.
