Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of verybaesick.com and any order you place with us.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — because a size sold out, or we spotted a pricing error — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST, charged per item at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Products

We photograph our clothing as faithfully as we can, but screens vary, and natural fabrics vary between batches. Small differences in shade and texture are a property of the cloth, not a fault.

Returns

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Baesick name, logo, photography and site content belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other right that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
