Privacy Policy

Baesick collects as little about you as we can, and we do not sell it to anyone. This page explains what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can send you what you ordered
• Your order history, so we can handle returns and answer questions
• Your email address, if you choose to join our newsletter
• Basic technical information — browser, device, and pages visited — to keep the site working

We never see your card or banking details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make an order happen:

• Razorpay — to process your payment securely
• Shiprocket and its courier partners — to deliver your parcel
• Our email provider — to send order confirmations and, if you asked for it, our newsletter

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose it otherwise only where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping your bag between pages, and keeping you signed in. If we later add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to decline without losing any functionality.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email hello@verybaesick.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payments go through a PCI-compliant provider. No system is perfect, but we take the care you would expect.
