Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the article must be unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, missing tags, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned goods are received and pass inspection in the expected shape and form, refund processing from our end may take up to 2 weeks.

After the refund is processed from our end, it may take additional time of up to 4 weeks for the amount to reflect in the original source payment instrument, depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer, or payment provider used.

Final approval of returns and refunds is subject to inspection of the returned item.
