Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, details, prices, and availability accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, or photography.

All products are subject to availability. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product becomes unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or there is an issue with payment or order verification.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless a cash-on-delivery option is available and selected at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within at most 48 hours from the time of order placement. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, serviceability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the article is unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once returned goods are received and pass inspection, refund processing from our end may take up to 2 weeks. After processing, the refund may take additional time of up to 4 weeks to reflect in the original payment instrument, depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate order, shipping, contact, and payment information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All brand names, product images, designs, content, logos, and website materials belong to Baesick or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Baesick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, shipping delays, payment delays, or third-party service issues.
